Amada 357 CNC Punch Press

The AMADA 357 CNC punch press with a roller table size of 50” x 150” sheet capacity. A full 58 station tool turret with functional CNC controls. The punch capacity is up to 30 tons handling a sheet thickness up to .250” thick. Once your drawings have been programmed and sent through our controller all that’s left is to load the specified material sheet and press “go”. Rest assured every part we produce on this machine is exactly the same from start to finish because you deserve perfection. We carry a complete range of die sets from .090” dia. Up to 1.375” dia. We also have various shapes, square, slotted and radius corners as well, and, If we don’t have the die size you need we can get it quickly.

AMADA CNC Press Brake

Our AMADA CNC press brake will handle that process with ease and impeccable accuracy. The maximum sheet capacity of the press is .187” x 96” with auto back stop controls for perfect parts every time. With a full range of form dies available we can make sharp tight bends or nice full radius depending on material gauge and your desired effect. The full motion range of the press stroke is programmable and repeatable.

Amada 8ft Shear

The AMADA shear has a shearing capacity up to .187” x 96” steel sheet. Auto programmable back stop settings allow for precise shear lengths every time. From short light 22 gauge up to 10 gauge heavy duty materials, we can handle all your shearing needs. See our special “Steel sales” page for shearing blanks to your specification.
